Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
  • Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service history
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs
  • Notify customer of any special advertised services to take advantage of
  • Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
  • Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
  • Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
  • Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager
  • Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
  • Meet the dealership's standards for repair/order production

Harnish Auto Family is looking to hire a Automotive Parts Specialist to join our fast growing dealerships across Puyallup and Everett. This position will be responsible for selling parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or over the phone. Any level of dealership experience from shipping / receiving to front and back counter work is not required but preferred.

We are looking for a motivated professional individual who possess a great attitude is willing to work with a team. We are seeking someone who is a self starter who is motivated and energetic. Marketing Specialist

The Harnish Auto Family is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This is an entry level position with no automotive industry experience required. Basic tasks include coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research on competitors. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. Poistion Pays $40-$50K per year to start!


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reputation Management for Auto Group (responding to customer reviews)
  • Creating (designing) and uploading content to social media
  • Filming and editing videos
  • Manages all Social Media platforms
  • Support the marketing department's monthly initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, video, etc.
  • Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Assist with coordination of product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations effort.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

    1-3 years' of marketing experience
    BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study preferred
    Excellent writing and communication skills
    Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
    Positive attitude
    Video editing experience
    Graphic Design experience
    Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
    Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
    Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadline
    Must have a high level of creativity
