Harnish Auto Family is looking to hire Automotive Service Technician to join our fast growing dealerships across Puyallup and Everett. Our dealerships include Chevrolet Buick GMC Puyallup, Subaru of Puyallup, Volkswagen of Puyallup, Chevrolet of Everett, and Kia of Everett. Possibly looking for a reconditioning tech in addition to the regular tech.

Automotive Service Advisor

Harnish Auto Family is hiring now for an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer for our main shop's service departments across Puyallup and Everett.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

  • Schedule service appointments with customers
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome!
  • Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service history
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs
  • Notify customer of any special advertised services to take advantage of
  • Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
  • Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
  • Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
  • Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager
  • Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
  • Meet the dealership's standards for repair/order production

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

  • Service Advisor experience is preferred but will entertain the right candidate
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Valid driver's license

Parts Department Associate

Harnish Auto Family is looking to hire a Parts Associate to join our fast growing dealerships across Puyallup and Everett. Any level of dealership experience from shipping / receiving to front and back counter work. Experience in any of those areas is not required but a plus.

What we require:

· This is a full-time position. Our hours are Monday- Saturday 7:00am-6pm. Schedule has not been set but you will need to be flexible within this time frame.

Job Duties Include: 

· Helping customers at parts counter, assisting technicians in dispensing needed parts, answer customer calls, doing a perpetual inventory, and assisting the service team as needed.

Dealership experience is not required

Harnish Auto Family is looking to hire a Lot Attendant to join our growing dealerships across Puyallup and Everett.

BDC Service Representative

Subaru of Puyallup is seeking to hire BDC Service Representatives for our busy Service Department. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidates.
